My story
Let me take you back.
Seven years ago, I was eating whatever was quick and tasted good — meat, dairy, anything. I wasn’t thinking about it.
But I started noticing something that scared me:
I’d sit down to work and just… stare.
My energy was unpredictable. My mind felt foggy.
And there was an emotional heaviness I couldn’t explain , like I was living on autopilot, never fully present.

In May 2019, I tried something simple: I went plant-based.
No big manifesto. No agenda. Just curiosity.
And my body responded.
Mornings felt lighter. Digestion calmed down. Skin cleared.
It stopped being an “experiment” and became a way of living that actually made sense.
That’s when I realized something I’ll never forget:
food isn’t neutral, it’s information. It’s energy.
Then came July 2020, in the middle of the pandemic.
The world slowed down… and I had space to go deeper.
I tried a 7-day fruit fast — just fruits and water.
And by day three, something shifted:
my thoughts stopped scattering.
By day five, I woke up before my alarm, completely rested.
The brain fog? Gone. Like someone turned the lights on.
But the biggest change wasn’t physical.
It was this quiet connection… to myself.
Like I’d been asleep for years and finally woke up.
I studied detoxification deeply — hundreds of hours of content from teachers like Dr Morse or Dr Sebi amongst others.
I learned what happens when the body is supported instead of suppressed. I experimented with fasting protocols and noticed
what actually worked.
But I also realized it wasn’t only about food.
It was about energy. Thoughts.
Emotions. So I started meditating. Doing breathwork. Learning how the
subconscious mind holds patterns and how we can reprogram them.
I found teachers like Joseph Murphy, Neville Goddard, and Jose Silva. I explored
manifestation, reality creation , not as a trend, but as daily practice.
I’d script intentions in the morning.
Visualize outcomes.
Use breath to calm my nervous system when life got intense.
And one day, I noticed something:
visualizing the goal like it already happened didn’t feel weird anymore.
It felt… natural.
Now? I’m not perfect but I’m consistent.
And that’s what changed everything.
